Starting with intrauterine development, through the birth process and beyond, key aspects are taught both theoretically and practically.<br \/>\nIn addition to the basic developmental milestones across different age stages, topics include reflexes, postural and righting reactions, and sensory development. The course also provides an introduction to neurological assessment using different models.  <\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Finally, the course addresses practice-relevant topics such as everyday handling, designing supportive environments, and the relational level.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>This course is part of the Pediatric Osteopathy Continuing Education program.
