Michael Gierls has been Managing Partner of Physioconcept since 2005 Business consulting (today CONCEPT-coach.me) with consulting target group Osteopaths, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists. From 2009 – In 2012, he was an accredited consultant for business start-ups and practice management at KfW (consulting for 40 projects with a total of 1,600 consulting hours funded by the ESF). Between 2010 and 2011, Gierls gave courses at the UKE Education Academy in Hamburg on the subject of Business start-up and practice management for physiotherapists. He also provides coaching on business start-up projects in the medical field for Bürgengemeinschaft Hamburg.
