Two-day intensive course with William H. Devine: Osteopathic approaches to chronic cardiopulmonary and musculoskeletal diseases

In this compact course, William H. Devine provides in-depth knowledge of selected chronic diseases and their osteopathic treatment. The focus is on both theoretical principles and practical applications within the osteopathic model.

Main topics:

  • Heart failure and osteopathic treatment in the cardio-pulmonary model (OMT)
  • Bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
  • Osteoarthritis of the knee, hip and shoulder joints
  • Dizziness and chronic headaches

The course is aimed at osteopaths and therapists who wish to deepen their understanding and learn practice-oriented techniques for everyday clinical practice.

William H. Devine DO (USA)
Prof. Devine is Director of Osteopathic Medicine and Director of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Postgraduate Studies at AZCOM Osteopathic Postdoctoral Training Institute (OPTI). He is also president of the Arizona Academy of Osteopathy (AzAO), a member society of the AAO. He is currently working on a study on osteopathic treatment for Long-Covid.
