Dr. Christoph Bäumer DO (EROP/DAAO), MS paed ost (GER)
Philosophical and substantive dissatisfaction with his primary field of orthopedics led Dr. Christoph Bäumer to pain therapy, psychosomatics, university-level osteopathy and pediatric osteopathy, sports medicine, TCM, and ultimately to functional postural medicine, nutritional medicine, and mitochondrial medicine. Through his work in orthopedics, pain therapy, and postural medicine, he frequently engaged with occupational health management, which plays a vital role in today’s professional life. On the side, Dr. Bäumer developed an innovative footbed (SmartFoot) that, much like himself, “takes a different path.”
Today, he is a holistic physician in his own practice, alongside his wife, who runs a practice for urology, natural healing, and nutritional medicine in the same building.
Sabine Schwartz is an osteopath, alternative practitioner, and graduate social pedagogue. She completed her osteopathy training at SKOM Hamburg and a three-year full-time training at the Arcana Heilpraktikerfachschule. Prior to that, she studied social work with a focus on music therapy at the FH Würzburg. As an assistant, she has already supported a training course for visceral osteopathy. Since 2012, she has been self-employed in her own practice, focusing on pediatrics and gynecology.
