The therapist’s own process of consciousness is directly related to his therapeutic possibilities if these are to be directed at the wholeness of the organism in its effective environment. Centeredness in the present, the ability to open up and surrender to life (instead of wanting to control and manipulate it), access to one’s own vulnerability and self-awareness influence our interaction with the patient and have a healing effect in themselves. The understanding of the close interconnection of multimodal effects of internal and external stimuli on our experience and life must first be consciously experienced and integrated in order to be able to understand them more deeply in the work of the patient. In this self-awareness workshop you have the opportunity to give space to this integration process.

• This course is exclusively for osteopaths who wish to explore their own deep processes in a protected space through self-awareness.
• The course is designed to allow your own healing processes and inner exploration to take place through authentic work in small groups.
• In this workshop you will have the opportunity to perceive multiple dynamic interactions of your tissue patterns, body sensations, neurovegetative excitations, endocrine activity, emotions, mentalizations and belief patterns in your life relationships.
• Various PSO approaches such as myofascial vibration, neurodynamic regulation, self-exploration, proprioceptive, interoceptive and exteroceptive approaches make integration processes possible.
