The Dierlmeier Concept® is a unique system for examining and treating the nervous system as a whole. It has been protected by copyright as a registered word and figurative mark since 2009. The concept merges conventional medical knowledge, manual medicine, and osteopathy.
From peripheral nerves to the spinal cord and meninges, no part of the nervous system remains hidden or untreated for the participant.
An integral part of the overall concept is the autonomic nervous system, featuring specific diagnostics and targeted sympathetic or parasympathetic therapy.

  1. Nervous system function and neurobiomechanics explained simply through a new psycho-pedagogical approach based on osteopathic principles
  2. Neurological/neuromechanical examination and diagnosis (simple, concise, and targeted)
  3. Advanced manipulation of peripheral nerves, spinal and cranial meninges, and their fascial connections.
  4. Treatment of the cervical plexus and its terminal branches
  5. Treatment of: brachial plexus, lumbar plexus, sacral plexus, and their terminal branches,
  6. Treatment of the spinal and cranial meninges.
  7. Home exercise programs for patients.
  8. Treatment of the autonomic nervous system through sympathetic and parasympathetic therapy
